Yoel is a film maker in constant search of more creative and innovative formats. Yoel graduated in law and audiovisual from La Sorbonne (Paris) after a business management degree from the Edhec Business School (Lille).
For 7 years, Yoel has worked as a diplomat first in Brasil then in Spain to raise French cultural awareness. He created his first production company in 2003 and wrote/produced /directed short actions, commercials and documentaries ever since, creating Hands Up in 2008. Hands Up is today an international awarded creative agency specialised in cinema communication.
Franck is an advertising guru who has brought the world of cinema communication into his playground.
Graduated from the University of Nice in communication, Franck began his career as an Art Director in the French branch of at the American advertising company Bozell. His work includes international campaigns for Samsung, Ray Ban, Chrysler, Jeep, Sano , Caterpillar and more…
In 2000, Franck started to get closer to the movie industry and collaborated on creative movie projects with long time friend Yoel Dahan. In 2008, Franck joined Yoel in the foundation of Hands Up, and has been working at the junction of advertising and cinema ever since.
Animated by a lifetime passion for cinema and music, Greg graduated from High Level Degree in Editing and Graphic Design at EFET in Marseille.From 2002 until 2008 he worked as a TV and commercials editor, soon becoming chief editor for numerous TV shows and documentaries. He also worked as a post-production supervisor managing both technical aspects and creation crews. Greg collaborated with Yoël DAHAN on most of his works, and it is very naturally that they ended up being business partners at Hands Up in 2008. Greg is today an awarded expert in creating short video formats for all media use and especially digital and social contents.
Benjamin Courtines is a natural born editor. He left editing school before graduating to join the PPP crew at their express demand and specialised in editing commercials. He worked as an editor on all kind of projects until 2006 when he joined the team of Sonia Tout Court, a luxury trailer company based in Paris. Benjamin has developed a passion for movie trailers. Several famous Directors around the world asked for his direct expertise to cut the trailers of their movies, amongst them are Bertrand Tavernier and Steven Soderbergh.
Since the foundation of Hands Up with creative partner Yoël Dahan, Benjamin has edited a huge amount of trailers as chief editor and won the Hong Kong Film Award for Best Editing for Wong Kar Wai’s The Grandmaster in 2014.
